I got a fun challenge from Cobblestone Press...three interlinked stories that needed three covers that quite clearly marked them as connected. So I got to do my best to make sure these three great looking stories also looked related to one another.
I got to do one for one of my own books, which was fun! Of course, I still get to deal with an author, since I have to please Donna. :D
I got to do my first Wicked cover for Cobblestone Press last week. They're unique in that they are entirely black and white, a fun challenge for me since I love my color so much. I went for a very vivid, high-contrast look with this, so maybe the colors aren't bright, but the blacks and whites are!
I also made a cover for a free read that I'm working on with my partner-in-crime, a prequel of sorts for our upcoming release from Samhain Publishing. This one I did get to use color in, and I spent a lot of time getting those colors just right for me.
The third one I did over last weekend. I've also re-tooled it in case Cobblestone Press would like to offer it as a Shifter cover, but I really like getting to show off the colors in the full moon. They turned out so fun!
I'm now a gleeful cover artist for Cobblestone Press! I've updated my book page with the new covers I've done, but here's a sneak peek at the new collection:

I've been working on some book covers as practice in the hopes of honing my graphic design skills. I haven't exactly figured out what to do with them yet, but I rather like a couple of them!

I've updated the site with graphics and website packages. Had to get a move on since the lovely Tess Harrison wants to link back here from her newly designed site!
Tess is my first author site (a nice change after all the other work I've been doing) and I think she chose some great pictures and we worked well together.
